Description
The Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directly supervising the activities of Rehabilitation Services in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures, and standards. Fosters change and teamwork to ensure constructive relationships and growth, while maintaining a positive and professional image when interacting with patients, their families, physicians, employees, and the general public. Performs clinical duties of the patient care role related to professional specialty.

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week; occasional weekends per business needs.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, or related field
- Master's Degree when standard for entry to practice in a specific area
- Ph.D. when standard for entry to practice in a specific area
- Upon hire : Alaska Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire : Alaska Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire : Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License
- Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years Clinical experience as a therapist
- 2 years Clinical experience in an area of clinical specialty
- 2 years Management experience within a clinical environment
