The Principal Workforce Strategy Consultant
- Remote
- is part of the People Strategy & Solutions Team, with accountability to lead and manage the development of long-term (5-10 year) strategies and plans that will inspire, develop, enable and transform the workforce. This position will be accountable for partnering with key stakeholders within and beyond HR to bring together data, insights and perspectives that shape the direction for specific systemic initiatives that will improve organizational outcomes, culture, structures, and affordability.
