The Account Executive (Fully Insured <250 employees) is responsible for plan growth by generating new group business within the <250 employees fully insured market. This is accomplished through prospect development, broker relations and other business-related activities. The Account Executive is responsible for educating brokers on large group regulations, Health Plan procedures, key programs, and for effectively representing Providence Health Plan's (PHP) distinguishing features in pursuit of fully insured sales opportunities.

Please note the following important detail regarding this role: 

• This is a position that will require for you to travel throughout an assigned territory on a weekly basis

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
• 3 or more years of Insurance or industry related sales and/or service with emphasis on direct, in-person client contact
• Experience in public speaking and/or group presentation
• Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request

 Salary Range by Location:

• Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $35.28, Max: $54.77 
• Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $37.84, Max: $58.75

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
