This posting is for multiple openings of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at St. Elias Specialty Hospital in St. Elias, AK. We are hiring for the following positions in the Occupational Therapy Department:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - (Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week)
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy (COTA) from an accredited university.
- Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or
- Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or
- Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
