This position will be covering the Santa Monica, Mission Hills and Burbank area.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Sales and Marketing professional to join our team, focusing on post-acute care services, including Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care. This field-based role involves engaging with the community to develop new business opportunities and meet census goals. The ideal candidate will hold a clinical license, have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through our comprehensive post-acute services. Daily driving within the assigned territory is a key expectation for this role.

Required Qualifications:
- Education sufficient for clinical licensure for discipline (LPN/LVN) OR
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- Current state professional license or certification appropriate to discipline upon hire.
- 3 years of experience in clinical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Liaison, marketing or sales experience.
- Health care industry experience.
- Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience.
- Epic EMR experience.
