Under the supervision of the VP of Patient Care Services, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities of hospital personnel assigned to a specific shift. Communicates and applies policies, practices, procedures, objectives and goals necessary for attainment of satisfactory patient care. Observes clinical practice and implementation of quality improvement. Provides administrative support as delegated by Nurse Managers. Demonstrates behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors, Providence Health and Services, our founders, the Dominican Sisters, and Providence Mount Carmel Hospital's Standards of Conduct.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
