Lead Staffing Coordinator \.9 Night Shift, Hybrid
This is a combined Timekeeping/Staffing/Kronos expert role. In collaboration with Nursing Leadership, the Lead Staffing Coordinator processes payroll/time data in accordance with labor contracts to partner with systems payroll to produce complete and accurate payroll checks for the staff supported by this service. Other responsibilities include: all payroll close activities. The Lead Staffing Coordinator works hybrid (virtual and on-site) with ministry leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels for hospital departments across ministries within Oregon, Washington, and Montana in the Central Division.

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years Background in staffing/scheduling or other hospital experience.
- 1 year Kronos experience in last five years, OR
- 6 months of Kronos experience in the last 12 months
- 1 year staffing/scheduling experience within Kronos in last five years, OR
- 6 months of staffing/scheduling experience within Kronos in the last 12 months
- Kronos time/attendance, scheduling/staffing experience
- 1 year Computer application and database management experience
- 1 year Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year timekeeping/payroll experience within Kronos in last five years, OR
- 6 months of timekeeping/payroll experience within Kronos in the last 12 months
- 1 year Basic knowledge of medical staffing or scheduling terminology
