Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise all clinical staff working with high medical acuity clients and those receiving support services.
Act as the clinical expert, conducting staff orientation and ensuring field staff competence.
Ensure services are delivered in compliance with licensing guidelines, professional medical standards, and agency policies.
Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, and activities in alignment with company policies.
Assist in driving the agency's growth, particularly in home care services.
Investigate and resolve client complaints promptly and effectively.
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and identifying training needs for clinical staff.
Regularly evaluate programs and services to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct client home visits to ensure quality of care, stepping in for home visits as needed.
Perform annual employee evaluations for clinical staff.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the administrator.
Position Requirements:
- Active, good-standing nursing license (LPN or RN) in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Proficiency in using EMRs and comfortable with computer-based work.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Location: PHG Healthcare, West Midtown, Atlanta, GA 30318
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (In Office, some travel required)
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
