- Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to enhance the activities program and provide additional resources.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual resident preferences and needs related to social engagement and personal interests.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as necessary to improve resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and feedback from residents to inform future programming.
Skills
- Strong understanding of long-term care principles and practices.
