Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Providence Home By Fir located in Mishawaka, IN. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collaborating with the healthcare team, and implementing care plans.
Qualifications
- Patient Care, Medication Administration, and Vital Sign Monitoring skills

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Attention to Detail and Organization skills
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- CPR certification
