Full-time On-Call RN/LPN for Home Health and Hospice
Providence Home Health and Hospice, LLC is looking for Full-time On-call RN or LPN for Home Health to provide quality nursing care to those patients that may need to be seen during the week in the evenings and the weekends for diabetic insulin injections, wound care, and/or various other needs.
Requirements:
- Current Kansas RN or LPN license
- Current Kansas Driver's License
- Current CPR
- Current Auto Insurance
Job requirements and responsibilities:
- Critical thinking skills
- Compassionate caregiving
- Responsible for timely completion of visits in the patient home via EMR (provided)
- Communicate with patient's Case manager for any change in status
- Experience in Home Health is preferred, but not required.
Wages: Wages are negotiable and are paid per visit not per hour.
