- Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals and participate in case management discussions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare team members regarding client needs and progress.
- Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting care provided or discussing client conditions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic medical terminology is essential.
- Certification in First Aid is a plus; additional training may be provided as needed.
