Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and advise customers on insurance policies based on their needs, goals, and lifestyles.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to develop trust and to support customer retention and product loyalty .
- Follow up with customers promptly and answer any questions they may have.
- Continue to look for cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.
- In everyday operations, use computer systems and software platforms to quote and write policies, and to document customer interactions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
- Work with office staff in a respectable and efficient manner!
Requirements
