Description :

This position is for an Occupational Therapist.

The role involves working in an outpatient setting within an acute care medical center.

The clinician will not be required to float within the facility or to affiliate hospitals.

Travelers are expected to work primarily with outpatient services.

A block schedule can be accommodated if needed.

Housing and a vehicle are provided by the facility during the assignment.

Travelers must ensure personal vehicle insurance includes rental car insurance.

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance must be provided before operating the vehicle.

Vehicles are for use within a 30-mile radius from the facility and must not be taken off-road.

Modules, which are non-billable, must be completed pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours.

Orientation is provided for 40 non-billable hours.

The facility offers flexibility with time off, which is approved on an individual basis.

The facility adheres to policies regarding the numbers of major holidays worked.
