Royal Park Place, Independent Living, a Providence Life Services Community, located in Zeeland, MI is seeking a Receptionist, Part Time. Pay Scale: $14.30 - $17.40/hour and pay is based on relevant experience from resume.
Schedule and Hours: Monday - Thursday from 12:00PM-5:00PM OR Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:00PM-5:00PM.

The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain a calm and friendly atmosphere by answering the phone, and performing clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by the Community Manager.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Greeting, welcoming, and guiding visitors to our community.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Interacting with residents.
- Welcoming prospective residents/families and assisting with the admissions process.
- General office/clerical tasks (delivering mail, filing, etc.)
- Supporting department heads as directed.
- Respond to resident and building emergencies
- Other tasks as may be assigned.
Requirements
- No experience required.
- Positive and compassionate personality.
- Must pass a physical, drug screen, 30-pound lift test, fingerprinting for criminal background check and complete a reference check.
