Job Title : Respiratory Therapist

Job Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Duration : 16 weeks

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 00); Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 00)

Guaranteed Hours : Information not provided

Experience : Minimum 1 year

License : License required, can submit with it pending unless specified

Certifications : Required as determined by job title and description

Must-Have :

  • 1 year of experience required

Job Description :

  • Participate in respiratory and neuro diagnostics as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Float between relevant units as required and be flexible to work in different facilities within the state.
  • Perform essential respiratory therapy duties during night and day shifts, adhering to the given schedule.
  • Be prepared to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Adaptability to variable expected ratios and unit assignments.
  • Use Epic charting system with proficiency.
  • Engage in a 40-hour orientation program.
  • Comply with all healthcare and facility policies and procedures.
  • Undertake mandatory pre-start and annual training modules with self-reported completion.

  • Scrub Color : Any color for RN / Allied; provided for specific departments.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine : Not required
  • Flu Vaccine : Status unknown
  • Facilities : Short-term acute care with total staff beds count.
  • All travel staff are expected to float between all facilities within the state. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.
