Client: WatchRxKey Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with routine health monitoring and care coordination
- Use and support WatchRx health technology solutions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on care plans
- Support clinical team with day-to-day operational needs
Required Skills:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant experience in a care management role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with using mobile apps or tech-enabled tools
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- Previous experience working with senior patients is a plus
