About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Imaging Technology Professional to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As an Imaging Technology Professional, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality diagnostic images using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce clear and concise images
- Maintain accurate patient records and test results
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
Requirements:
- AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or "Heart&Stroke" certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- Experience working with GE scanners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
You will work in a dynamic hospital environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift patients, and move equipment as needed.
Schedule Information:
This is a 13-month contract position with a variable schedule.
