Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce clear and concise images
- Position patients correctly and safely within the MRI machine
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
Requirements:
- AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or "Heart&Stroke" certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
- Experience working with GE scanners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
You will work in a fast-paced hospital environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift patients, and move equipment as needed.
Schedule Information:
This is a 13-month contract position with a variable schedule.
