We are seeking ERP Business Analysts for several contract opportunities in Cedar Park. The ideal candidate will have worked with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
One position is focused more on Finance & Cost Accounting and the other is working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison to align ERP systems with business needs.
- Analyst and document production workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Train users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
- Develop user manuals, process documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
Finance & Accounting Business Analyst Role Requirements
- Configure, test, and implement ERP financial modules (GL, AP/AR, cost accounting).
- Troubleshoot system issues, enhance workflows, and document financial processes.
Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Quality Business Analyst Role Requirements
- Configure, test and implement ERP modules related to production, planning, operations and quality management
- Analyze current manufacturing workflows and identify gaps and areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Experienced in business analysis, process reengineering, and ERP implementation.
- Familiarity with ERP software, system configuration, and integration.
- Experience in system strategy, requirements gathering, testing (UAT), and training.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
