We seek a seasoned Senior Manager /Vice President of Business Intelligence to oversee our data analytics services and population health initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in value-based care contract negotiations, a strong understanding of population health management, and practical expertise in developing and maintaining analytics platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify key performance metrics and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational performance and foster growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and lead the internal Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE).
Provide leadership for the Population Health and value-based care teams.
Develop strategies to execute successful value-based care contracts with health plans and grantors.
Collaborate with senior executives, operations, and medical teams to enhance the quality of care.
Lead the analysis, review, and negotiation of value-based contracts.
Drive performance in meeting cost and quality benchmarks set by contracts, grants, and regulatory bodies.
Represent the organization in Population Health discussions with health plans and external stakeholders.
Build relationships with community organizations and healthcare partners to support population health goals.
Analyze data requirements across departments and develop plans to address these needs effectively.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of data analysts and BI developers.
Streamline data analytics and reporting processes while establishing industry best practices.
Develop automation and improve analytics infrastructure for greater scalability.
Ensure data integrity and transparency across all departments to build trust in reporting.
Design and implement a robust data warehousing system with advanced reporting capabilities.
Create and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for operational decision-making.
Oversee data management's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) aspects and engage with value-based care partners.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and align analytics strategies with business goals.
Develop and implement metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of data functions.
Guide the integration and automation of Data Management Platforms for better audience segmentation.
Establish essential business and customer metrics and implement real-time reporting and dashboards.
Integrate data sources to generate actionable insights and make informed recommendations.
Ensure adherence to reporting deadlines for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end requirements.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with APIs to aggregate data across internal and client platforms.
Partner with clinical, financial, and operational teams to design effective decision-support tools.
Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to meet established deadlines.
Perform other relevant duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or analytics.
Minimum of 7 years in a leadership role, managing local and remote teams.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree in a relevant field.
Proven track record in healthcare analytics and population health.
