Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required Qualifications: - Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software - Your friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a positive guest experience. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.65 - $17.01 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
