Position Summary : Oversees the daily routines residents experiencing early stages of dementia who are living in an Assisted Living setting. The Club Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering appropriate small group activities, leading the morning resident meetings, and helping residents keep individual appointments. The Club Coordinator is involved in the process of identifying and enrolling prospective Club members. This position requires consistent communication with residents, resident families, and team members.

Minimum qualifications :
- Prior experience in retirement living preferred, but not required.
- Education: High School diploma or GED
