Providence Place of Chambersburg is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents' dining experience. The Dining Room Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes training new coworkers on proper dining room etiquette and procedures; ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals.
Starting at : $15 / hr
HOURS
Part Time : 10 : 30 am - 7 : 00 pm
16 - 20 hours / week (including Every Other Weekend / Holiday)
Critical Success Factors :
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room
- Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and / or hospitality procedures
