Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Nursing located in Collegeville, PA. The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing staff, manage infection control, coordinate nursing care, and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, monitoring resident care, and ensuring the provision of high-quality medical and nursing services. The Director will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to maintain optimal care and address residents' needs.
