Guaranteed Hours : Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks)

Special Requirements : Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day. Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster.

Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY .

Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or 'Heart&Stroke' certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY. Must check UD to verify certifications required. If no UD is linked, defer to Clinical Tracks. Not required for Non-Clinical or remote candidates.

CL - If UD or Clinical Track is not available at the time of qualification, please add dash note 'CL please audit requirements'.

Physical Exam within 1 year of start. Must be signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO. Indicate free of infectious disease, able to work with or without accommodation (specify any accommodations needed).

Does not need to be updated annually unless contracted to Providence Health and Services – HCC hospital system. Effective 2 / 5 / 2024, HCC placements must update physical annually.
