Your specific duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Planning for and teaching small group or one-on-one pull-out sessions using rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum,
Co-planning with classroom teachers and providing in-class accommodations and supports to students with IEPs, 504 plans or other special needs
Engage parents in supporting the success of PVD Prep students, including scheduling and facilitating IEP meetings
Demonstrating exceptionally strong instructional and classroom management skills,
Developing strong, productive relationships with students, parents and families
Participating in professional development opportunities and attending all staff, team, and community meetings
Creating a positive, achievement-oriented classroom culture that allows all students to achieve high academic standards
