Description :
We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Tech to join our team.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience working in a similar setting.
This is a unique opportunity for a professional looking to work in a dynamic EP Lab environment.
The expected caseload is approximately 6-8 cases daily.
We welcome first-time candidates.
Weekend work is required.
The candidate will not be required to float between like units.
Openness to accommodating block schedules will be considered on a case-by-case basis during the contract period.
Local candidates are not accepted for this position.
This is a Level II Trauma Center, which includes outpatient and inpatient services, interventional radiology, and emergency services.
The facility has a total of 571 staffed beds across campuses.
The scrub color is flexible with the exception of reddish orange.
Charting is done using EPIC.
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are not mandatory for this position.
Floating within the hospital or to a nearby sister hospital may be required.
Applicants are expected to provide a minimum of two supervisory references covering one year of employment within the last three years in a similar specialty or setting.
All travelers should be prepared to float between various like units if required.
Communication devices necessary for job duties will be supplied to providers if required.
Modules are non-billable, with an average of 16 hours spent.
Orientation is 40 hours and non-billable.
