Our cardiac transplant program is designed to provide personalized care to patients undergoing heart transplants, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination.
- Stay current with advances in cardiac transplant care through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
- One year of nursing experience.
