We are seeking experienced nursing professionals to join our team as Charge Nurses in Surgical Oncology. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, managing staff, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule, and the successful candidate will have 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in surgical oncology.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, preferably in surgical oncology, and must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families. In addition, you must have a current Oregon Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
