Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at Providence Medford Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure clear understanding and cooperation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of care provided.
• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest clinical practices and technologies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• A valid Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.

You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment, communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and colleagues, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
