Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in our Home Health program, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with our standards and policies
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting
- Optional: two years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RNs caring for pediatric patients
