House Supervisor RN

Job Summary:

The House Supervisor RN plays a critical role in the leadership and coordination of hospital supervisors, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless care delivery.

This dynamic position requires strong nursing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with hospital staff to develop and implement strategies that promote quality patient care and optimize operational efficiency.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Coordinate hospital supervisor functions and provide day-to-day leadership support
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and operational efficiency
  • Maintain open communication with hospital staff and leadership
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to patient care and hospital operations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
• • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics (within 90 days of hire)
  • Minimum one year experience as Charge Nurse or in a leadership role
