As a Labor and Delivery Recovery Post Partum RN, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of postpartum patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of postpartum patients to identify potential complications and develop targeted care plans.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Clinical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in caring for postpartum patients, including management of pain, bleeding, and infection.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensure: Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Certifications: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
