Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet resident needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and families
Requirements:
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
