Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Current Oregon RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 6 months
- Minimum one year of experience in medical-surgical nursing
