Providence Medford Medical Center is a certified Level 3 trauma center and nationally recognized for excellent stroke care. Our Medical/Surgical unit (2 East) is a 35 bed inpatient unit that provides care for a combination of general medical and post-surgical patients.
We care for a wide variety of diagnoses and surgical procedures, making it an excellent learning environment. Additionally, the unit sees a small population of pediatric patients as we continue to grow that service line. 2 East is a fast paced, team oriented unit with a strong commitment to delivering safe, quality patient care.

Nurse Responsibilities
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
