- A graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- An Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- A National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
