Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Home Health program, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care to patients in their homes. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Required Qualifications
- A valid Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least one year of medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting
- Optional: two years of pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RNs caring for pediatric patients
