We are a leading healthcare organization seeking a seasoned RN to join our Medical Surgical Float Pool team. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical settings, providing expert patient care.
About Our Expertise
We are a diverse team of caregivers, united by our expertise in delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Our Float Pool RNs work together to provide seamless care in 10 units, including Medical A, B, and C, Cardiology A and B, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neurovascular, Oncology, and Clinical Decision Unit.
We invest in our staff's expertise, offering opportunities to cross-train outside of your Division to Behavioral Health, Interventional Recovery Unit, Short Stay Unit, Medical Procedures Unit, IV Therapy, and Emergency Department Boarding areas.
We prioritize your success, providing 4-6 weeks of preceptorship with an established Float Pool RN. Our Charge RNs are dedicated to rounding on staff throughout the hospital each shift, ensuring your progress and providing clinical support as needed.
