- Coach and Mentor hospital supervisors, guiding them in their roles.
- Analyze and Improve processes, making recommendations for enhancements.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Nursing Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Certifications: National Provider BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Leadership Experience: 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience.
