About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) unit, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional patient care. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide individualized attention to patients undergoing labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
