We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Maternity Services team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care and support to new mothers and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state
- 1 year - Nursing experience
