Job Summary
As a Charge RN in the ICU at Providence Medford Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, leading a team of nurses, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of nurses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year - Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
