Full-Time / Day Shift

This regional position will support the Providence Heart and Vascular Institutes quality priorities and various process improvement strategies. The coordinator may be responsible for multiple aspects of clinical process improvement including data retrieval, data analysis, clinical team collaboration, facilitating care delivery changes and reporting outcomes. Will need to support a variety of projects and respond to colleagues, leadership and medical director requests in an effective and timely manner.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; graduate from an accredited school.
  • Upon hire : Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • 5 years Clinical experience in nursing.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary teams and involved with clinical improvements using patient outcomes.
