Provides leadership for Quality, Safety and Risk Management Programs. Organizes, plans, develops and directs functions of quality, safety and risk management including development of performance standards, outcome measures and corrective action plans. Reports results to appropriate oversight committees and boards within Providence as well as Federal and State regulatory bodies. Ensures externally imposed regulatory or accreditation standards are met or exceeded.
