Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience
