We are seeking a highly skilled RN - Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center.
This role will require the successful candidate to have a strong foundation in critical care nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain a patient-focused approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Critical Care area, utilizing evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making skills.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Critical Care Nursing experience.
