Description:
As a Registered Nurse with Providence, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values excellence in patient care. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing individualized plans of care. You will also have the opportunity to participate in interdisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patients' conditions.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
