RN – Home Health - Providence Medford Medical Center
Schedule: Per Diem Day Shift
Possible Service Locations: Josephine and Jackson counties
Job Description:
Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Nurses are empowered by our shared governance model that includes nursing staff in the process of creating practice standards and expectations.
Working in Home Health provides the unique opportunity to care for your patients where they are most comfortable. This role allows for rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility with your career.
Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting required for Home Health RN.
- 2 years of Pediatric experience in an acute care setting for RN caring for pediatric patient.
